A bittersweet way to wrap up an incredible three days of basketball.

The girls finished as Silver Bracket Runner-Up after a hard-fought 1-point loss in the final minute of the championship game.

This also marks the end of our inaugural season. What began in February with tryouts grew into team practices and skill sessions each week, six tournaments, and more than 20 games. Along the way, these 3rd and 4th graders balanced school, family, and for many, multiple sports, a lot to ask of kids their age.

For a first-year developmental program, this group had an outstanding season—bringing home one tournament championship, and three runner-up finishes. Not bad for our first year.

A huge thank you to Coach Thomas, Coach Kenton, Coach Hernandez and Coach KT for investing in these girls every step of the way. Your encouragement and support in practices and games made an impact.

To our players and families, thank you for believing in the vision. The season may be over, but the future is bright for girls baskball in our area. Go Lady Lions Elite! 🖤 ❤️ 🦁 🏀.

One more day to go! Hunt County, Royse City & Greenville, join us in wishing these girls the best of luck as they compete for the Silver Bracket Championship tomorrow.

Day 1 ✔️ | 1-1 in Pool Play

A few of our Lady Lions enjoyed dinner with their coaches and teammates after Day 1.
On the court, these girls don't smile much—they're locked in and ready to compete. Off the court? Total opposite. 😂 Dinner filled with laughs and plenty of fun. This is just as much a part of the tournament experience as the games.

Have fun and get plenty of rest for Day 2.

Good luck to our 3rd/4th girls as they head to Tyler for the Tournament of Champions!

These girls have put in the work all season, and now it's time to go compete, have fun, and enjoy the experience. We're proud of this team and can't wait to watch them finish the season strong.

🏀 Final Tournament of the Season!

Our 3rd/4th team is headed to Tyler this week for the East Texas Hoops Tournament of Champions!

Three days of basketball, great competition, and one final opportunity to showcase how much these girls have grown throughout the season, not only as basketball players, but as teammates and competitors.

If you've followed our journey this season, we'd love to have you come out and support the girls as they put months of hard work on display one last time.

Thank you to our parents, families, and supporters for being with us every step of the way. Let's finish the season strong!
