Well the Majors got themselves some new hardware last night!
This season was nothing short of hard work, grit, and refusing to quit. We had a slow start, but these boys kept showing up, kept fighting, and built momentum when it mattered most.
After losing game one of the playoffs, they had to win three straight just to make it to the championship and they did exactly that!
Then after already playing nearly two hours of baseball earlier in the day, they battled for another three hours in a championship game that went into extra innings. Six hours of baseball tired and nothing left in the tank and they still fought until the very last out. They came up just one run short and brought home 2nd place. Nothing to hang their heads about!
This is the best group of boys to ever be part of this team. We had a few new faces this season, and they fit right in like they’d been here from day one.
What makes this team special goes far beyond baseball. Some of these boys have been playing together since kindergarten and are now heading into 4th and 5th grade. That’s something a lot of teams can’t say. In a world where rosters constantly change, these boys have grown up together, won together, lost together, and built friendships that will last a lifetime.
The growth this season has been unreal. This isn’t just a baseball team it’s truly a family. We don’t tear kids down we build them up. We teach confidence, accountability, resilience, and how to keep battling when things get tough.
That’s why these boys never quit. That’s why they keep fighting. And that’s why every coach and parent on this team is proud of them.
MAJORS FOR LIFE! ⚾️🖤
