Well another torn up race car. Very frustrating getting involved in other people’s wrecks, which is ultimately wrecking my stuff! Car is not been right since the last big wreck. We will dig deeper into what’s going on while we put new fenders and nose on.
Also the ramp door on the trailer broke off while loading! Maybe somebody’s trying to tell me something! Rust ate the hinges right off couldn’t see it until it was hanging by a thread.

This is the series where legends were forged, where fans watched Dick Trickle dominate, where Alan Kulwicki sharpened the craft that would take him all the way to NASCAR glory, and where generations of racers have chased one of the most meaningful titles in Midwest short track history.

And in the spirit of the Red, White & Blue, we’re giving back. On June 18, July 9, and August 20, WIR will donate $1 from every can of Budweiser sold to Folds of Honor Wisconsin, supporting families of fallen service members.

We will be back in Black!! Thanks to a lot of help and hard work we have got the #74 race ready! I just have to thank my good friends Dennis and Scott from the 47 team jumping over to help put my car back together again. Also the Anthony’s Mike and John for helping hang the body (again) hopefully this one makes it past 3 weeks ugh! Pete Van Zeeland at Van Zeeland Collision and Paint for fixing a hood and a nose making them look great again!!

Well? Update from last night race. We made the dash in qualifying! Made some adjustments before the feature and the car was the best it’s ever been. Running 3rd in the feature there was a wreck in front of me and got hit from behind. Tore up the whole car front and back. We will be out for awhile! Due to my busy work schedule not sure when we will return.

First night of racing is in the books!
The Fox Valley Lifts and Meiers Motors #74 was super fast. Qualified 6th with time from 1st lap 2nd lap the driver found the edge and lost grip out of turn 2 so we threw that lap out!
Finished 5th in the dash! Man them guys are fast!!
Feature started 4th running 2nd for awhile car felt great. Then another driver thought 8 tires would be better then 4 over drove his car into mine for the SECOND time in 2 races! Same driver!!! Spun me around and didn’t tap out for his error and we both had to go to the back. Now I’ve got some body work to do. Sad we can’t make it one week without wrecking stuff.
We will build on how fast the car is and keep going from there!!

Well haven’t posted in awhile. Results just weren’t great. Last night we were able to win the heat race and finished 3rd in the feature. Car really felt good. Got to thank my crew chief Dennis Chase for putting a set up in that is really working! Also want to thank my crew Tom and Ryan for all there help. And the rest of my family for there support especially my Wife Meredith! No matter where I finish she’s always there to lift me up! Couldn’t do this without her support.
