TrailFit We love the outdoors. We love a challenge. We train to maximize strength, speed, endurance, and grit You can become family with people who were once strangers.

There is something about a high-challenge environment that makes us come alive. We have to find out what we're made of... what we're capable of. And this unrelenting drive makes difficulty strangely attractive to us. We also love to surround ourselves with people who share this passion. Being pushed beyond your "limit" in a group setting can build real, lasting friendships. We value hard work and

discipline and are constantly coming up with new ways to improve... to become stronger, faster, more agile, and more capable in every way. We also love to have fun and to be outdoors, so we built a trail in the woods where we train regularly. In the past couple of years, we've set our sights on trail & obstacle races, and we are adding new obstacles and challenges to our training regimen every week. We will be posting here about races and events in our region, as well as events that we will be hosting. We never want to stop learning, so as we come across great resources on all things fitness, we will share those too. Feel free to share training tips and resources on this page, as well as links to events and races that we should know about. We look forward to connecting with you!

A few details for THIS Saturday (12/12):
-Arrive by 8:15am
-We will have everyone sign a waiver and then do a quick walk through to go over the rules.
-Start times will be staggered 2 min. apart, beginning at 8:45am.
-The last person should be finished by 9:45am.
-After the last person finishes we will calculate everyone's total times and give cash prizes to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!
-We will have some drinks but bring your own snacks if you want to eat something afterward!
-Let us know if you have any questions!
