My podcast, She Restored, is not therapy. I am not a therapist. I am a minister with a doctorate, in theology, and a masters in Christian Counseling. In other words, I will not give you a diagnosis. I will not write prescriptions.

It’s real conversations. Real testimonies. Real healing.

It’s people sharing what they’ve been through, and how God brought them through it, to encourage someone else.

Now hear me clearly…

I am not against therapy.
God can heal you directly, or He can use a resource.

* God is the source
* Therapy, doctors, coaches, pastors, ministers = resources aka people God uses.

Just like:
God provides… but He may use a job or business idea.
God heals… but He may use a doctor or therapist.
God delivers… but He may use a minister.

Don’t confuse the source with the method.

At the end of the day, everybody won’t believe what you believe.

But if you are a believer…

Stay rooted.
Stay focused.
Stay led.

And stop letting the world distract you from your calling.

You have a purpose. Walk in it. 💕
