When you think BBQ, you might think heavy food. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

We LOVE our sauces on top of fish, especially the Hawaiian Bold Gold. This recipe is super simple for busy weeknights—defrost some frozen tilapia, add simple seasonings, bake for 15 minutes, and top with our sauce. BOOM. Serve with rice and steamed veg and everyone is happy.

Big Dave’s sauce isn’t just for meat. It also makes an INSANE salad dressing.

Our Bold Gold sauce is already packed with flavor, so you only need a few basics to create a powerful salad dressing.

- 1/2 cup Big Dave’s Hawaiian Bold Gold BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1T olive oil
- a literal smidgen of salt and pepper 😂

Simply whisk and put on your favorite meal-worthy salad!
