Start your morning with sweat. We hit those four corners this morning. With a little combo of lunges, pushups, squats, frog hops, and sit-ups, we finished each circuit with an uphill sprint. Sweat unlocked.

You know those cheesy shots of random places you take on vacation? They are nice and all, but what about those shots when you are sweaty and just put in some hard work. Those, those are GOLD. Our visitors from SEA got some vacation pictures today. Our GSO crew got some social media fuel for the week ahead. We all got some connection, sweat, and SPEED!

Taking it to the park.
Warm-up laps.
Pick a partner.
One partner Burpees, the other does laps with 1x dip, push-up, squat, sit-up.
Switch.
Next time you run, 2x each movement.
Push the pace.
time on the clock.
GO!
End it by slowing down and stretching it out.
Then we jump the fence and take a picture in the kiddie park.
Time to go home.

Today was Indiana Jones.
-
Little stretch and move to start, then up the ramps eight floors to the top. Raise your hand, the person at the tail sprints to the front. Repeat.

We finished with a little plank off via duck-duck-goose.

With the constant movement, we didn’t snap a ton of pictures, but trust us, it was spicy and sweaty and fun. So here’s some headshots of the badass people who rose before the sun today for Indiana Jones.

Four Corners this morning.

Russian Twists, Lunges, Bicycle Crunches, Jump Squats with an every 2(ish) minutes Fire-Drill of 2 burpees.

Start with 4 reps, add on. 4-8-12-16-20
