Huge shoutout to Bronson Brown and Kinsley Spradlen for the work they’ve put in over the past several weeks. We always want to celebrate when athletes push past some of the milestones we set up!

These improvements didn’t happen overnight. They happened because they consistently showed up, trusted the process, and attacked every workout with purpose.
