Sectional results are in! We're celebrating Taryn Armbruster (235 lbs) who fought her way to the state tournament! 🏆 Huge congratulations, Taryn! We also want to recognize Nadia Lathan, Mya Dummann, Amy Perez, and Natalie Gratschmayer who gave it their all. Your effort and dedication were truly inspiring. 🔥 HUGE congrats to our Varsity Boys Wrestling team on a fantastic Regionals performance! We sent 12 wrestlers and 5 are moving on to SECTIONALS! Let's hear it for:
* Jimmy Breiling (113 lbs): REGIONAL CHAMPION! 🥇
* Yomar Gadea (150 lbs): 2nd Place! 🥈
* Hunter Burr (165 lbs): 2nd Place! 🥈
* Val Vargas (285 lbs): 2nd Place! 🥈
* Jamari McCollum-Matox (157 lbs): 4th Place! 🏅
These wrestlers fought hard and earned their spots at the Sectional Tournament THIS SATURDAY at Waupun High School! A top 3 finish at Sectionals means a trip to STATE! We also want to give a shoutout to seniors Jose Pineda (132 lbs) and Jackson Green (215 lbs) for their incredible final regional matches! The team finished 6th overall out of 13 schools! Let's go, boys!

ML JV wrestling came in short handed because of illness, injuries and other reasons but still had an amazing showing at Rufus King! Only 8 wrestlers and we finished with 4 champions, 2 3rd place finishers and 2 4th place finishers. Excited to head out to Michigan in just a few days!! Looking like we are getting healthy(ish) at the right time. Congratulations guys, super proud.
