The Clay County show for June 27&28 WILL have camping and stalls available.
Camping for the weekend is $50
Stalls are $30. Bring your own shavings.

NO ARRIVALS BEFORE FRIDAY JUNE 26 at 5pm

Concessions will be available.

Stalls and sites will be first come first serve but please PM Ashley Kester or text 812-240-8797 so I can get a rough head count.

The Clay County portion of the West Central Indiana Horse Show Buckle Series is less than TWO WEEKS away!!

Our club is hoping for this to be a huge success 🙌🏽

We are looking to add some ADDED MONEY to this already awesome showbill!!

A couple of updates for Vigo County. The judge just sent the patterns. See attached

We do have stalls, electric camping, and primitive camping.
BUT.....electric hookups and stalls are NOT near the arena to be able to show out of.
Stalls are $25 each paid on show day at the announcers stand
Camping is through the fairgrounds vigofair.com
I have attached a map.

Check back in Friday for a final verdict on this show with all the rain we have forecasted

I am posting the list of Buckle Series participants that I am showing have signed up and paid to be in the series. If any of this looks inaccurate, please let Kasey Summerlot know ASAP. If you did not get signed up, there is still time. You can sign up at the next show or message me about how to get added.

Vigo County is scheduled for Sunday
We have rain predicted every day this week.
We will make a decision on Friday about what the fate of this show is.

Just a reminder that each show from this Buckle Series is ran by a different club. Logistics for each show will vary based on that club and facility. The next show is a Sunday June 14 all in ONE day show at the Vigo County Fairgrounds in Terre Haute. Contesting will follow the performance show. See the showbill for more details. Questions can be sent to this page or directed to Wabash Valley Horsemen's Association.
