2 Rounds (alternating full rounds):
• 15 Row Calories
• 5 Clean & Jerks (185/125)
• 3 Rope Climbs (15ft)
Then, Together:
• 30 Row Calories
• 10 Clean & Jerks (185/125)
• 6 Rope Climbs (15ft)

Split work however you want on final round.

✅ NOTES:
• Rope climbs must clearly tag the 15ft target.
• Teams must tag in between rounds and transitions.
