Mindset Monday 👑🥎

Less than four months ago, most of these girls didn’t know each other.

Now look at them.

They’re learning each other’s personalities, learning how to communicate on the field, learning how to trust one another, and learning how to keep going when the game gets hard.

Some of the teams we’ve faced have been together for YEARS. We are still so new. We are still figuring out who we are, and that is completely okay.

Because growth doesn’t always look like a trophy.

Sometimes it looks like a better throw.
A smarter at-bat.
A teammate picking another teammate up.
A girl trying something she was scared to try.
Or an entire team getting absolutely soaked and deciding that playing in the rain is apparently the greatest thing that has ever happened to them. 😂🌧️

Those pictures say everything.

They’re competing.
They’re learning.
They’re laughing.
They’re making memories.

And every time they step on that field together, they become a little more of a team than they were the day before.

We have SO much room to grow, and that’s the exciting part.

Keep learning.
Keep laughing.
Keep showing up.
Keep choosing each other.

The rest will come. 🩷🧡👑

🩷🧡 OUR RIOT KEEPS GETTING STRONGER. 🧡🩷

We are incredibly excited to welcome and thank some of the newest sponsors of the Xo Riot Queens 12U! 👑🥎

When we started building this program, our goal was never simply to put together a softball team. We wanted to create something that gave girls an opportunity to compete, grow, build confidence, make memories, and experience travel softball without making competitive sports financially impossible for their families.

And THAT takes a community.

A huge thank you to Clyde Eagles Aerie 2291, Crown Battery, Clyde VFW Post 3343, Clarity Care LLC, and WERK IT for choosing to believe in what we’re building and invest in our girls. 🖤

Some have supported us financially. Some have opened doors and provided resources. Every single one of them has found a way to say, “We believe in these girls, too.”

That means more to us than we could ever fit into one Facebook post.

Every sponsorship allows us to keep costs down for our families, provide better opportunities for our athletes, and continue building a program where these girls can learn that hard work, confidence, accountability, and being a great teammate matter just as much as what happens on the field.

To every local business and organization that has stood behind this brand-new program: thank you for taking a chance on us. We promise to work hard to make our community proud. 👑

And to our newest sponsors — welcome to the Riot family. 🩷🧡

🚨🥃🎟️ STOP SCROLLING — THIS ONE IS FOR THE GROWN-UPS. 🎟️🥃🚨

The Xo Riot Queens have officially entered our Liquor & Lottery era… and honestly, our families understood the assignment. 😂👏

We asked our team families to help us put together a Liquor & Lottery cooler and they absolutely SHOWED UP. We’re talking a cooler packed with premium liquor, b**r, AND over $100 worth of scratch-off lottery tickets — with OVER $750 IN PRIZES! 🤯🥃💰

And now one lucky person is taking the WHOLE thing home. 👀

🎟️ TICKETS
💗 $10 each
🔥 OR 6 for $50

👑 WINNER DRAWN OCTOBER 1ST!
You do not need to be present to win.

🔞 This is a 21+ fundraiser. Winner must be 21 or older.

Now for the part that’s bigger than the cooler. 🩷🧡

Xo Riot Fastpitch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and one of the biggest reasons we created this organization was because we believe competitive sports should provide incredible opportunities for kids without putting every bit of the financial burden on their families.

Travel softball isn’t cheap. Tournaments, equipment, insurance, facilities, training and all the little things that come with giving these girls a competitive season add up FAST.

So we fundraise.

We hustle.

We get creative.

And apparently sometimes… we fill a giant cooler with booze and lottery tickets. 😂🥃🎟️

Every ticket purchased helps us keep costs more affordable for our families while giving these girls opportunities to play more, learn more, compete more and grow together. 🥎👑

So yes, you could win one ridiculously awesome prize…

…but you’re also helping 11 young athletes chase something they love. And that’s pretty dang cool. 🩷

🚨 CALLING ALL QUEENS… IT’S FAKE NEWS FRIDAY! 🚨

📰 TODAY’S HEADLINE:

❌ “Playing time should ALWAYS be equal.”

🚫 FAKE NEWS.

Equal opportunity to learn, develop, compete and earn?
Absolutely. 👏

But equal playing time isn’t always what helps athletes grow.

🥎 Effort matters.
👑 Attitude matters.
💪 Hustle matters.
🧠 Coachability matters.
🔥 What you do at practice matters.

And here’s the important part…

Your role today doesn’t have to be your role tomorrow.

Work for it. Learn. Compete. Support the girl beside you.

Because being part of a team means wanting your team to succeed—even while you’re working your butt off for your own opportunity. 🧡🩷

Agree or disagree? 👀👇
Let’s hear it, softball families!
