At the end of the day, its all for fun. Checkers are a bonus. Spent all my life following racing, both dirt and asphalt. Worked on cars thought the years and even turned a few laps. Life is getting shorter every day so time to get on the track and see if I got what it takes to go roundy round on the dirty dirt.

First ever feature win at Luxy this year! I think with about 5 to go, the car got really tight so I was wrestling that beast in 3 and 4. I still had a really good run through 1 and 2 and I think that was just enough to stay ahead of Brayden! It happens fast and when your least expecting it! The video is a few minutes long to watch but its definitely the highlight of my short racing career. You would have thought that an old man in an old car, starting racing late in life first win would have been a story, but I never seen anything. If anyone did, I was appreciate you passing it along for my scrapbook. Thanks for watching!

We can add this to our list of accomplishments in 2026! 9th place in Wisconsin IMCA sport mod State Points!!! Not bad for an old man in an 10 year old car, a motley crew, with a homemade flat bed trailer, 2 tool boxes and a couple extra tires and some used parts in the bed of the truck! Hey folks! After getting some much needed R&R this weekend, I have decided that we will conclude our racing schedule and will begin preparations for next year. I want to personally thank all of our crew, sponsors and supporters for contributing to our best year ever!. Out of 28 race nights, we made 24 features, 1 Feature win, 2 top 5's and 11 top 10's and 4 Heat race wins at 3 different tracks and 2 B-main wins. I cant thank my crew: Jake, Kurt, Matt, Kade, Joe, Jessie, Jessie and of course, my girlfriend Julie for putting up with the last minute changes, the long nights, the uncertainty of our schedule.

Unfortunately due to my crew chief Jake and myself being sick with the latest flu bug, we will not be racing this weekend. I could feel it coming on this week in Chicago but this morning is the worst I've felt in years.
I want to thank everyone for the support and we will try again next weekend.

Saturday recap:
We drew good again and was able to start the heat in a decent spot. Unfortunately, I couldn't capitalize on it and fell back a few spots. I should have stayed on the bottom but tried the high side and lost a bunch of positions. After seeing this pic from RC5 Photography I can see the clumps of track breaking loose from under the tires so there was no traction there.
Starting P7 in the 4th bmain, were able to move up a couple spots but still missed the transfer so that ended out evening on the track. Had a nice little battle with the 77 of Oliver Schultz and it was nice that he stopped over and chatted afterwards. He's gonna be one to watch next year!
After the races Julie and I got in our 80's costumes and we were able to get 3rd place in that contest. Thanks to everyone that cheered for us!! It was a great time!

Shout out to NR Sportfishing for the extra support this fall and Steven getting us our Fuel Factory fuel last minute because I miscalculated my current stock.

Congrats to Coy Viles and his team for capturing the IMCA national title Sunday night at Redwood speedway on a miracle last lap when the first and second place cars tangled and Coy was able to get around the outside on the last corner of the last lap and take the win he needed!! It was amazing to watch!

I will keep everyone updated on this weekend. The plan is to run the Luxy Spooky showdown but I will be in Chicago for work this week and may not have time to get the car prepped. With road work being done on my road, they have my driveway blocked off and I was not able to get car washed up or checked over yesterday like I normally do.

Heat race P4⬇️P7. Tried the same trick on the outside as I did last night and was not the thing to do... lol.

Good results for us out of the 50 sportmods at 141 Speedway last night! Feature race we started P10 and moved up to P8! Car was good, I hit most of my marks and starting to get really comfortable running the high side, track was really racy! Awesome job by the track prep team there! Probably one of the more consistent drives I had all year. I was up as high as 7th before being passed by some really talented racers and fell back to 9 but I kept digging! I was able to grab one spot back at the line to finish 8th! Coolest moment of the night was watching Brady H. throw a textbook slider on me, lol. I thought, man, that was pretty cool!!

I couldn't be prouder of this team and what we have accomplished this year and really looking forward to tonight!! Shout out to Jake Miller for getting the car to the track, getting me signed in and hauling ass across the speedway with the wrench knowing that I wanted to make a change for the heat after I got into staging. Great heads up!
Tonight we are back at 141 Speedway for the final night of the Fall Classic. I anticipate a bigger car count with no other area tracks racing tonight so come on our and watch the action!
I gotta thank the fine folks that supported me all year!!!

Made it to the big show through the heat race tonight. Thankfully because i had to run home and fix a shock. Made it back in time to watch the Bmains. Starting P10 in the A Feature tonight as they're doing a light farm on it now.
