Alright so we were invited to CU Boulder for this weekend, which is also UNC Parents weekend, or for next weekend.
I need a show of hands to see who can go, because this is an invited practice between all the schools.
I cannot go this weekend because I have plans that encompass my entire weekend, and then next weekend my family is flying up from Spokane and I have work.
I am sorry that I cannot go, however this should not stop you.

Okay so as some of you know I will not be at practice cause I have two tests to study for tonight.
Katy has a lab at 8
We will not be able to run practice, so if you want to go you can and work on forms and one step sparring.
Please remember you are representing our club when you are in the Rec Center.

We did awesome at the joint practice and we definitely learned a lot, we will be a force of nature! Go UNC!

Alright, I will be giving an update during practice tomorrow, however Facebook gets information out super fast, so how many people would be willing to do a practice at 7 pm on this Friday with CU, CSU, AF, and Metro?

7:30 - 9:00 pm is the beginning class
9:00 - 10:30 pm is the advanced class
Come in your work out clothes and get ready to kick butt!
