The OKC North American Grappling Association (NAGA) competition is in the books. Katie went 1-1 in Nogi to take second and Cole went 2-0 in gi and 2-0 in Nogi to get his first double gold in a competition. All wins today came by submission. These two killed it!

Cole got it done today at the AGF Kansas City event. He went 2-2 in his Nogi bracket to take 4th and then went on to go 2-0 in the gi and bring home his first gold medal. Three of his four wins came from submission. Congrats!!

Cole went up a weight class today at the Submission Challenge KC event in Nogi and went 1-1 to take third. His win came via a teepee rib crusher. Congrats man, job well done!!
