🥎 ESA Battle of the Champions Recap 🥎

The girls battled through a long, hot day in Fort Payne, spending around 12 hours at the ballpark and competing on the smoking hot turf against some tough competition. Out of 10 teams, the LunaChix finished the day with a 2-2-1 record and fought their way all the way to the semifinals.

Unfortunately, our tournament run came to an end with a 1-run loss in the semifinals, but these girls never quit competing!

Even on our not so great tournament days, we are proud of the way this team continues to power through, hype each other, and represent the LunaChix family!

Now it’s time to regroup and finish strong as we head into our final tournament of the season next weekend. Let’s pack the stands, bring the energy, and cheer these girls on as they close out an incredible spring season!

🏆 Tournament Champions! 🏆

What a day for the LunaChix 10U!

After 15 hours at the ball field, these girls battled through the heat, the dusty fields, the sweat and a long day of softball to bring home the championship. Over the course of 5 games, they finished with 4 wins and 1 tie, showing their grit and teamwork from start to finish.

There were also plenty of laughs, memories made, and even a few rounds of the Macarena to keep spirits high going into the championship game. From the first pitch to the final out, these girls supported one another, played their hearts out, and never stopped having fun.

It was hot. It was dusty. It was a long day.

And it was absolutely worth it.

So proud of this group of players, coaches, and families for their dedication and energy all day long. Thank you to everyone who cheered us on and supported us throughout the tournament.
