Attention parents!!! Due to other school sports being in session, you must drop off your wrestler for practices. You may come inside for the purposes of registration or to ask questions, but you may not hang out in the hallways after drop off. All wrestlers and coaches must have a USA Wrestling card to be on the mat. No exceptions!

As you purchase new wrestling shoes for your kids this year, please consider donating your old ones to the club. This goes a long way for borrowers to get new kids in the wrestling room and helping kids in need. Last year we received a donation of 20 new pairs of wrestling shoes. Donations can be dropped off Tuesdays and Thursdays!!!

A new season is upon us and begins Tuesday September 1st! Our club is an advocate for equal opportunity and does not charge a club fee. All that is needed is a USAW card and affiliation with Granite City Young Warriors Wrestling. You do not have to live in Granite City to join our club. However, you must live in Illinois and within 50 miles of our practice facility. We look forward to an amazing season and helping every wrestler achieve personal success in their life!

The Nascar Enjoy Illinois 300 concession fundraiser is just over a month away!!! Please sign up using the google forms link below. Our club does not charge a club fee, and these fundraisers are how we make that happen. Give one day of your time for a lifetime of core memories for all wrestlers. Our kids are working hard on the mat, and we are working hard to give them the opportunity to build great work ethic and be succesful in life!

Reminder!!! We are taking off the month of August to give our wrestlers a break and time to adjust to their new school schedules. We will start the new season Tue Sept 1st. All USA Wrestling cards expire 8/31. You will need to purchase a new one on or after 9/1. We will post a finalized flyer for Granite City Wrestling by mid August. We hope you enjoy the rest of the summer and look forward to another season of continual improvement!

For those of you riding with a coach, we will meet at GCHS Friday at 3pm to leave. We are providing food, drinks, and sunscreen for the weekend. You should pack the following.
