August Saturday Swolecial Trail of Torture edition turned out to be one of my faves so far! Anyone else?

Fun, sweaty, challenging, all good things to make an awesome workout with friends! (I met all my friends at the gym, how cool is that?)

Going to try my darndest to pull off a September Saturday but it's a damn busy month 🥵

July Saturday Swolecial!💦🔥

July makes us extra sweaty and the workout feel extra tough, but we made it! Can't wait to feel some muscle soreness tomorrow 🥳🤗

August will be group or teams based so I wanna see everyone before the fall comes and schedules change for folks!

I'm not telling you what to do or how to do it, but I am telling you to stay (or get) consistent.

Pretty simple! But this is a day by day challenge, so if you fall behind one week, you lose😝

June Saturday Shenanigans!!

Got a little down and dirty at this months workout (literally, I had mud all over me 😂) but I know this crew is always down for an adventure so we had fun with it! AND marked a few things off for the June challenge board!

Thanks to all who joined, and new people! One person said "I actually thoroughly enjoyed that and had fun!" 😝
