Iron Sharpens Iron Camp in Fort Dodge, Iowa. ✅

Technique to strengthen our skill sets from clinicians ranging from champion wrestlers, current college wrestlers, and college coaches.

Team Olympics to build up teamwork, communication skills, competitive edge, and camaraderie.

Live matches to put all the tools together learned throughout the last 5 days.

Overall, the Island Girls showed grit when they needed to. Now's the time to get to work!
