OPENING NIGHT IS ON! 🥎🔥

The weather continues to push back later into the evening, so we're ready to go with hot food, cold beer, and a historic night at Albrecht Field.

Unfortunately, due to sustained winds over 20 mph and gusts exceeding 30 mph, tonight's fireworks show has been postponed following consultation with the Fire Marshal, our pyrotechnics team, and Spitfires staff.

But don't worry—we're still ready to make history! The game is on, the celebrations are on, and the mascot reveal is on as we welcome fans to the first home game in Grand Forks Spitfires history.

A huge thank you to Generous Jerry's Fireworks for their partnership and support. The fireworks show has been rescheduled for our America 250 Celebration on July 2.
