I respect Dr Berg and his knowledge, experience and continued access to VALID INFORMATION about the body and ways to help it:

Arthritis is common….and a LOT OF PEOPLE lay down and accept the diagnostic label, whether its GOUT-OSTEOARTHRITIS-RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS.
🙃They sprint to their doctor/GP and BLINDLY ACCEPT pain meds, injections and prevention medications. Blind!
But refuse to CHANGE THE BEHAVIORS that landed them there IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Trust me….I WATCH PATHOLOGICAL PILL POPPERS every day who are UNIMPROVED OR WORSE with arthritis pain! 🤔🤔🤔EVEN WHILE TAKING THEIR PRESCRIPTION ARTHRITIS MEDICATION. Not to mention, they are DEFICIENT/LOW or low-balling VITAMIN/K/Mag/Zinc from BIO-AVAILABLE SOURCES! 😬 🙄
No….the SATURDAY ON THE LAKE and WEDNESDAY in the yard DO NOT COUNT IF YOU ARE OLD N BUSTED, especially if you are doused with screen and a hat, sleeves n glasses. 🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾 PS….the darker your natural skin, the more D you neeeeeed!

So what can you DO (ie: stop eating/consuming) to lessen your issues?
1. Stop with soy proteins as it is directly linked to JOINT INFLAMMATION and is deficient in many nutrients that STOP INFLAMMATION.
2. Stop any alcohol. If you are hobbling around, the older you get, the more them joints gonna react! If your 💩 don’t hurt, Im not talking to you. But the rest? PUT DOWN THE BOTTLE (can, boxed wine etc). Zero moderation….its about elimination. If you don’t mind suffering, then this is not for you.
3. Scrutinize your LABELS! If it reads ‘natural flavors’ or ‘natural vanilla flavor’ or ‘proprietary blend’, throw it in the TRASH. If it has corn oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, r**e seed, palm, gr**e seed, etc? Throw it out…EVEN IF IT SAYS KETO/HEALTHY/GLUTEN FREE/NATURAL/ORGANIC etc. Fat-free foods have ADDITIVES that CAUSE INFLAMMATION.
PS: If you WANT DEMENTIA (brain inflammation), then consume alcohol/wine AND sugar-free/fat-free foods🤷🏾.
Emulsifiers (dressings, non-dairy products and creamy faux milks, protein powders, protein bars etc.) are DIRECTLY LINKED TO INFLAMMATION. So that KEN’S Dressing? Flavored non-dairy creamer? Protein powder? Frozen fat free/sugar free ice cream treat? It’s causing INFLAMMATION (migraines, brain fog, neck pain, knee pain…anywhere there is an old surgical injury or injury itself, or even new hip pains).
Google common (safe) emulsifiers and throw away anything that has them…if you are trying to eradicate inflammation/pain.
Fun fact: They layer a lot of these toxins into PACKAGED and PREPARED foods. EVEN YOUR CHEESES, so READ YOUR LABEL.
4. Wheat and glutens cause inflammation in so many. Crusts, cereals, oats, breading, corn flours/almond flours, breads….did you KNOW MOST RESTAURANTS USE FLOUR OR THICKENING IN THEIR EGGS? So even if you choose an omelet, you are still ingesting JOINT INFLAMING ingredients.

Has more to do with chronic low key inflammation than it does to you hurting yourself. Your pain is more linked to LIFESTYLE, WHERE YOU ATE, WHAT YOU ATE/DRANK than WHAT YOU DID OR YOUR DIAGNOSTIC CRITERIA.
Vegans, especially older, who ingest soy powders, often have joint/kidney issues. The vegan processed foods actually inflame joints.
If you care about inflammation and joint pain, are in chronic back/hip/neck/knee pain OR are the daily complainer, take some time and educate YOURSELF on REAL CAUSES of inflammation.
Alcoholic drinks, seed oils (organic or not), creamy low fat/fat free/sugar free version, frozen desserts, protein powders/bars, anything with HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP OR DEXTROSE/MALTODEXTRIN, creamy dressings, bread/buns/pastries/desserts/baked goods, wheats….little kid foods….are all inflammatory especially as a collective ingesting over years.
If you are old /older without hip knee shoulder back ankle wrist pain brain fog sudden ‘bathroom’ habits ? AND ARE NOT ON MEDICATIONS? Then THIS IS NOT FOR YOU.
But if you complain if that joint(s) and continue to consume the things that inflame that joint(s), it is for you. Hopefully, you will make the change!
