"Wait... your lessons are only 10 minutes long?"
The answer is yes. For children under 5 years old, our lessons are just 10 minutes a day, Monday through Thursday, for six weeks.
You may be thinking... "I'm not making that drive four times a week for only 10 minutes-- what can my child really learn in just 10 minutes?"
The truth is: for young children, shorter lessons are often more effective than longer ones.
Young children learn best through repetition, consistency, and focused instruction. Their attention spans are short, and once they become tired, cold, distracted, or overwhelmed, learning slows down dramatically.
Our goal is to maximize learning during the time when a child is most engaged and receptive.
Those 10 minutes are packed with purposeful instruction, skill development, and confidence building.
The science of motor learning shows that frequent repetition helps children build stronger neural pathways and retain skills more effectively. By practicing the same skills consistently throughout the week, children develop muscle memory and confidence much faster than many parents expect.
Over six weeks, those "short" lessons add up to 24 individualized sessions focused on water safety and swimming skills tailor to your unique child.
The result?
Children who become more confident, more comfortable in the water, and develop critical water safety skills that could one day save their lives.
Short lessons. Consistent practice. Big results.
