🌟 **Attention Moms!** 🌟 Most of you may not know that I’m now a mom too! I’m excited to announce that I'm revamping our women’s fitness group. As a new mom, I know how challenging it can be to find time for ourselves while juggling everything else. That’s why I’m inviting you to join a supportive community where we work together to crush our fitness goals!
We offer a variety of workouts, including interval training, resistance training, and hikes—perfect for all fitness levels. Our group provides flexibility with time and locations, and we’ll have a private space for scheduling workouts along with a group chat to keep everyone connected and motivated.
I’d also love to set up stroller-friendly days for jogging together—let’s tackle interval training and even train for a 5K!
Whether you’re a fitness newbie or a seasoned pro, there’s a spot for you here. Let’s empower each other, celebrate our progress, and make fitness fun! 💪
