Another loving reminder that the owner and several students have fragrance sensitivities. This studio is fragrance free, making it a safe space for those that aren’t able to comfortably tolerate these chemicals.
Asthma, migraines and allergic reactions have no place in a studio that honors breath.

Please remember to wash your clothing without fragranced products and avoid body products that contain fragrance as well.

Evenings are opening up for spring and summer ☀️

Beginners welcome Wednesdays at 6pm *and Saturdays 10am

All Levels evenings:
Tuesdays 5pm & 6pm
Wednesdays 5pm

6am classes are completely waitlisted BUT cancellations happens. People travel, take time off, etc. We have a 24 hour cancellation period so you’ll have plenty of time to arrange

8am All levels classes are open ☀️

9am Modified on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are open & perfect for those with movement restrictions, pregnancy, etc.

Saturdays are for building muscle, being a traditional practice 😎
