Stemming from his days at Elizabeth City State University, Coach Ronnie Mcclary Jr. brought a tradition to Goldsboro High School Football that represents more than just what we wear—it represents PRIDE, COMMITMENT, UNITY, and ACCOUNTABILITY.

Every Wednesday is Men’s Day Wednesday for the GHS Football Family. It is a time for our players to stand out, represent themselves and their teammates, and proudly display their commitment to a program they work hard for each and every day.

This is about being intentional.

This is about taking pride in who we are.

A huge THANK YOU to the store manager and the entire team at our local Walmart on Spence Avenue for their willingness to support Goldsboro High School Athletics by proudly displaying our GHS Football Schedule in the store!

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Page High School community following the tragic passing of 15-year-old Davion Fewell.

As a fellow high school football community, GHS Athletics extends our deepest sympathies and condolences to Davion’s family, teammates, coaches, classmates, friends, and the entire Page High School family during this heartbreaking time.

May God provide strength, comfort, and peace to everyone impacted by this tremendous loss. 🙏🏾🏈
