New season. New challenges. Boys ready to WORK!

The schedule is SET and TLP RED 12U is ready to hit the dirt for another season of big moments, loud dugouts, dirty uniforms, and a whole lot of baseball.

The spring gave us plenty to build on. The summer gave these boys opportunities to compete, grow and get better.

Now it’s time to put it all together.

Bigger. Stronger. Smarter. Hungrier.

12U is here — and these boys are ready to STACK SOME DAYS.

TLP RED 12U | FALL 2026

This weekend, our boys were spread across two different Perfect Game All-State events—Charlotte and Sanford—but no matter where they were playing, one thing never changed…

They were still one team.

These boys spent the weekend competing against some of the best players around, against each other, pushing themselves outside their comfort zones, making new friends, and representing TLP Red.

The accomplishments speak for themselves.

Juice pitched his team to a Silver Bracket Championship, launched 2 home runs, finished #1 in pitching, and #3 in hitting.

Easton finished #1 in pitching in Charlotte, proving he can take over a game from the mound.

Chandler had an absolute day at the plate, smoking four doubles and making pitchers pay.

Our boy Jax added another homer to his trophy case. Nana didn’t make any bets with him this time. 🤣

Graham finished 8th in pitching, did his thing behind the plate, and gave everyone the highlight of the weekend. In what can only be described as an MLB-worthy attempt to score, G launched himself over the catcher trying to avoid the tag and landed on home plate. Turns out… 11U rules don’t allow that. He was called out, but if there had been style points, G would have won them all. Too bad game changer wasn’t recording, because the MLB would have played that clip!

Luke put his speed on display for everyone this past weekend. He competed in the skills competition and brought home 3rd place in the fastest runner competition. If you’ve watched him patrol the outfield or beat out an infield hit, you already knew he could fly.

Billy, who usually locks things down at third base, showed everyone this weekend that he can do a whole lot more. Sliding over to shortstop, he looked right at home and proved just how versatile he is defensively.

But if you asked us what we’ll remember most…

It won’t be the rankings.

It won’t be the home runs.

It won’t even be the championship.

It’ll be watching these boys cheer louder for each other than they did for themselves.

Whether they were teammates for the weekend or played in different cities, they celebrated every big moment for each other and reminded us that what they’ve built together is bigger than baseball.

That’s what makes this group special.

Talent gets noticed.

Hard work earns respect.

This weekend was full of home runs, strikeouts, medals, rankings, laughs, and memories.

More than anything, it reminded us that TLP Red isn’t just a baseball team.

It’s a brotherhood.

Now let’s get back together… We've got a fall season to chase.

🚨Updated location and times for TLP Baseball Tryouts on July 11th🚨

We have moved tryouts to Greenwood Middle School for 7U-12 tryouts. With all the evening storms we've had this week, this location will put us within a mile of our indoor facility, The Launching Pad. Tryouts will happen rain or shine. Pack your tennis shoes just in case we have to move indoors due to poor field conditions. All players need to arrive at least 20 minutes early to stretch and get loose. If you haven't submitted your player profile, please do so before Friday. If you have any questions, please message the page or contact Bradley Tew (910)990-6405.

Our 2026 Fall Baseball Tryouts are less than a week away. We offer a competitive atmosphere for all levels of play from 7U-16U and seek growth both on and off the field. All TLP Baseball & Softball players get access to The Launching Pad year round! 🚨We have new teams forming in each age group so don't miss this opportunity to meet the coaches.🚨
We will do registrations on-site but highly recommend getting them done prior to July 10th. If you can't attend, still fill out a player profile and state that in the comment section.

Happy Father’s Day to the TLP 11U Red Dads!

If you’ve spent any time around this team, you know baseball isn’t just being played by the boys on the field.

It’s being lived by the dads in the stands, behind the dugout, in the batting cages, in the backyard, in the truck on the ride home, and in the countless conversations that happen long after the game is over.

Some of you coach. Some of you used to play. Some of you are learning the game right alongside your son. But every one of you is teaching something far greater than baseball.

You’re teaching what it means to show up.

You’re teaching them how to handle failure when the game doesn’t go their way.
How to stay humble when it does.
How to work hard for something they want.
How to keep their word.
How to be accountable.
How to respect others.
How to compete with heart.
How to lead.

These boys watch more than you realize.

They watch how you react.
They listen to what you say.
They notice the sacrifices you make.
They see the long days, the late nights, the extra work, and the commitment it takes to be there for them.

And through all of it, you’re creating memories they’ll carry long after the final out is recorded.

Years from now, they may not remember every score, every tournament, or every trophy. But they’ll remember who was sitting in the stands. They’ll remember who threw batting practice after work. They’ll remember who stayed up late talking through a tough loss and who celebrated every little victory along the way.

The truth is, you’re building much more than baseball players.

You’re helping raise young men.

To every TLP Red dad who invests his time, energy, wisdom, patience, and heart into these boys—thank you.

And to the dads who also volunteer their time to coach this team, thank you for treating every player like they’re your own.

We appreciate all of you more than words can say.

SUMMER WORLD SERIES WEEKEND

A couple weeks ago, these boys walked into Asheville and faced just about everything you can throw at a baseball team—close games, tough breaks, adversity, questionable calls, international tiebreakers, and pressure-packed moments. They could have folded. Instead, they fought.

Now it's time for the next chapter.

This weekend, TLP Red 11U heads to Rocky Mount for the Summer World Series.

The road to a championship isn't built on perfect weekends. It's built on adversity, resilience, and showing up ready to work when things don't go your way.

These boys have already proven they can do that.
