Fitness with EDNA Personal Trainer & Group Exercise Fitness Instructor I have an extensive background in Dance. I had my own Dance Studio in Puebla, Mexico for 10 years.

I consider myself a very energetic and enthusiastic Instructor with over 20 years of experience and a passion for total Fitness and overall well-being. Successful at working with individuals of all Fitness levels and ages to improve strength, lower weight and maximize health. I taught Aerobics and Latin Dance ( Tango, Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia ). I toured Mexico in a Dance Group, dancing Tango, whic

h was sponsored by the Argentinean Embassy for 3 months. I was also a backup dancer on TV in Mexico for variety shows and commercials.
