Four reasons guys tell me no. All four are the reason they still look the same.

"No time" my clients train 3–4 days around ten-hour shifts. "I'll get in shape first" that's cleaning the house before the cleaner shows up. "Too expensive" add up two years of guessing. "I've quit before" because you had a program, not a person.

DM READY and let's have one honest conversation about it.

Starting from zero? This is the only plan you need.

Pick 3 days you can actually commit to, never miss twice in a row
Eat close to your bodyweight in grams of protein daily, most guys eat half of what they need
Sleep as much as you can, this is where the result actually happens
Do those 3 things for 8 weeks and don't change anything

No new program. No supplements. No switching the split.

Just those 3 things for 8 weeks.

You'll be a different person on the other side.

Save this and send it to someone who keeps saying they'll start Monday.

DM me COACH if you want this built around your real life, come hang with the crew. Iron sharpens iron.

What a real cheat day looks like when your nutrition is actually dialed in.

Not a disaster. Not a setback. Just life.

Spent mine with my girlfriend and family. Ate food I love. Didn't track a thing. Woke up Monday completely fine.

That's what a healthy relationship with food feels like from the inside.

A diet that can't survive one good day with the people you love isn't sustainable. It's a prison sentence.

Build the plan around your real life, cheat days and all.

Save this. And DM me COACH if you want that plan built around yours.

Iron sharpens iron.

What my training actually looks like right now, no show, no deadline, just doing it because I love it.
4 days a week. Big movements. Progressive overload every week. That's it.
What's changed since the show, strength up, energy higher, pumps back, actually enjoying sessions instead of just surviving them.
Training days: 3,285 cal / 200g protein. Rest days: 2,685 cal / 200g protein. Protein stays consistent. Carbs flex up on training days. No obsessing.
The biggest shift: prep trained me to look a certain way on one day. Right now I'm training because it makes my entire life better. One of those is sustainable forever.
Save this if you want a realistic training framework that fits your real life.
DM me COACH and I'll build yours around your schedule. Iron sharpens iron.

Starting from zero? This is the only plan you need.

Pick 3 days you can actually commit to, not 5, not 6, three
Show up those 3 days no matter what, the habit gets built on the days you don't want to go
Eat close to your bodyweight in grams of protein daily, most guys are eating half what they need
Sleep as much as you can, this is where the result actually happens

Do those 4 things for 8 weeks before you change a single thing.
No new program. No supplements. No switching the split.
Just those 4 things.
You'll be a different person on the other side.
Save this and send it to someone who keeps saying they'll start Monday.

5 things actually making me better right now. None of them are a new training program.

Morning prayer, before coffee, before training, before my phone. Sets the tone for everything.
Sleep locked in, same time every night. Protected like it's part of training. Because it is.
Training I actually enjoy, no deadline, no stage date. Just chasing strength and showing up because I want to.
Being present with the people I love, not half there. Actually there.
Keeping the routine simple, same meals, same schedule. Boring on the outside. Building on the inside.

None of this costs money. None of it requires a new program.
It just requires actually doing it, consistently.
Save this. And come hang with us, link in bio.

4 months. –31 lbs. Zero life overhaul.
Andy moves furniture for a living, lifting all day, stuck at 208, grinding a carnivore diet that had stopped working. He didn't need more discipline. He needed a better plan.
We put carbs back on his plate, built 4 training days around day shift, and checked his numbers every single week. The scale finally moved, and his shoulder press went from the 35s to the 55s while it did.
If you're a working man tired of plateaus and starting over.

DM me "COACH" and I'll show you exactly how we'd start.

Happy Father's Day to every man who's grinding to be better.
Most dads want to change. They just never get a real plan handed to them.
That ends today.
Every dad who signs up for CrewFit Coaching this week gets my personal Axe & Sledge starter kit shipped to their door, pre-workout, protein, and shaker. What I use every single day.
On top of a custom training program, nutrition built around your body, and weekly check-ins with me directly.
This is the last Father's Day you spend wondering what you could look like if you actually committed.
Offer ends Sunday.
DM me "DAD" before midnight.

What actually happens in a client's first month of coaching. Step by step — no guesswork.
Most coaches write the program before they understand the person. Same template, different name. That's why it doesn't stick.
Here's how it actually goes:
Week 1 — I ask, I don't write anything yet. Your real schedule, your real food, what's actually in the way, what you've tried before.
Week 2 — we build the foundation. Training around days you have, nutrition that starts with what you already eat, one or two things to focus on.
Week 3 — we adjust based on what's real. The first plan is never the final plan. That's not failure.
Week 4 — we lock in what's working and build on it. This is the foundation everything else gets built on.
What changed for me since I started coaching: the program matters less than the person, fix one thing first, and the hard conversations are the job.
If your coach isn't doing this — find a different coach.

What my week actually looked like as a fitness coach. The real version.
Training — 4 sessions, energy noticeably higher than last week, pumps are back, strength returning every session. Had one day I didn't want to go. Showed up anyway.
Clients — picked up a new client coming off the slowest month I've had. Did my check-ins, adjusted programs, stayed present for the people trusting me with their health. That's the job.
Food — 2,785 calories on training days, 2,285 on rest days, 200g protein every day. Same simple meals. Chicken, pasta, broccoli. Eating outside when I can with the laptop open and the gallon jug next to me. That's the office.
Life — new place is starting to feel like mine. More present in my relationship. Financial pressure is still there, just getting quieter. Building something while managing everything else. Some days it's a lot. Showing up anyway.
Honest summary — things are moving in the right direction. Not perfect. Not a highlight reel. Just a real week.
This is what coaching yourself actually looks like. If you want someone to help you build your version of this — DM me "COACH."
