That’s a wrap on our 2026 Alumni Tournament! A fun time was had. We made memories we will cherish and talk about in the years to come. Can’t wait until next year. Mark your calendars and know the Alumni Tournament will be the weekend that school starts back for the students in Rapides Parish. Word on the street is that this years graduating class of 2027 is already making their line up for the Alumni Tournament next year.

Thank you to all who showed up, supported, umpired, worked the concession, etc. We could never thank you all enough for doing this WITH US.

💪 Player Spotlight – Triston “Speedy” Townley 💪

Success doesn’t happen by accident—it comes from showing up, putting in the work, and staying committed even when it’s hard.

We want to recognize Triston “Speedy” Townley for the incredible dedication he showed throughout our offseason. Out of 38 workouts, Speedy attended 37. Even while battling sickness, he continued to show up and put the team first.

That kind of commitment can’t be taught. It speaks volumes about his character, work ethic, and determination to become the best player and teammate he can be.

Championships—they’re built during the early mornings, long workouts, and the days when nobody is watching. Speedy proved that champions are made by consistently showing up.

We’re proud of the example he sets for our program and the younger players who are watching. Keep grinding, Speedy. Your dedication doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s a big reason why our program continues to move forward.

Hard work. Commitment. Dedication. That’s the Wildcat way. ❤️⚾🐾
