It is a promise I made to God. I want you to set fitness and life goals and I care w/ passion if you achieve these goals. All of my knowledge, trial and error, personal story and heart power are meant to inspire- to motivate. I respect all who come to the gym, not just the obscure competative bodybuilder. My journey has been filled with ups and downs, but has given me a healthy life saving outlet

for addictive behaviors. When I hear the story of the 290lb woman who now is a size 6@140lbs., it gives me chills, a lump in my throat and a tear to my eye. Let me do anything and everything to help you live a longer, healthier life.
