Something we noticed as the new school year settles in: kids come into class a little more tired those first few weeks.
Our coaches adjust for it without making a big deal of it. A shorter warm-up here, a little more encouragement there.
The goal never changes: meet the child where they are that day, not where the lesson plan says they should be.
That is the kind of thing you only really see if you are in the room every week.

waits their turn, follows a multi-step drill, or resets after a mistake instead of giving up.

La disciplina es una de las habilidades silenciosas que se construyen en cada clase. No la disciplina estricta. La que
