Question: How do players make it through the season without overuse injuries?

One answer: they have an off and on-season strength training program to support them! The focus of the program changes as they head into prepping for the season and changes again once the season begins! But… it takes time to build up the foundations of strength and endurance!

Solution: Join us on Mondays to get started with basic strength training.
Session 1: starts Monday 1/5

We will focus on activating softball specific muscles and getting the body ready for all the reps required for a softball season!
