🏆CHAMPIONS… AGAIN! 🏆
The 8U SOKY Soldiers are bringing home another championship, making it back-to-back tournament titles against some of the best competition in 8U baseball!
Today in Campbellsville, the boys went 1-1 in pool play, falling in a hard-fought battle to a very talented KMA squad, 10-9. As the #4 seed, our Soldiers embraced the challenge and went to work in bracket play.
⚔️ Gold Bracket Run:
✅ Defeated the #1 seed Bombers 12-5
✅ Earned a rematch with KMA in the Championship Game
✅ Dominated the title game 12-2 to claim the championship!
This group continues to prove that when they lock in defensively, they can compete with—and beat—any team in the state. Offensively, they are simply electric. Without question, this is the best hitting team I’ve ever had the privilege to coach.
Watching this team grow from a brand-new group into the powerhouse they are becoming has been incredibly rewarding. The chemistry, confidence, and toughness continue to improve every weekend, and it feels like we’re peaking at exactly the right time.
