Being responsible for 15 teenage girls on an overnight extravaganza is a stressor in itself, but there was not one single complaint, forgot item, or deadline missed! They are LOCKED in!!

We would be remiss if we didn't acknowledge Coach Keagy's nomination. While he didn't come home with the award, (he was very close) we want to acknowledge his nomination for NE District Coach of the year. This nomination shows the hard work he has put in to get this team back on the map. Records were broken, teams we haven't beat in 10 + years were beaten, our overall record improved , we went from a 5th place finish to being tied for 3rd in an incredibly tough NE8 conference. We see you coach and we see the work you've put in with these girls!!! Congratulations on a great year and keep it going for years to come!! 👏🏻👏🏻🥎❤️🖤

The end of season awards continue to roll in for our girls. We had 2 girls who were voted to the NE District Honorable Mention Team in a district loaded with talent.

A big congratulations goes out to Chloe Plant who was voted to the NE District Honorable Mention team. Chloe has not only put up some impressive numbers on the mound , she also strung together some strong offensive numbers as well making her a double threat this year. When Chloe isn't on the mound , she is in the outfield and is a reliable defensive player for us as well. Congratulations Chloe and we can't wait to see what the future holds for you and this young team!! 👏🏻👏🏻🥎🥎❤️🖤

First up, a big congratulations going out to Gianna Saxon who has now made All-District in both her freshman and sophomore seasons. This kid puts in work year round and it shows in the numbers she has put up the last 2 seasons. Congratulations Gianna , we look forward to seeing all that you and this young Girard team accomplishes over the next 2 seasons. 👏🏻👏🏻❤️🖤🥎

Tonight our girls were honored at the Girard Board of Education meeting for their NE8 all-league selections. Congratulations again to Gianna, Chloe, Quinn and Caylee (not pictured) on an outstanding season. 👏🏻👏🏻❤️🖤

Special shout out to board members Zak Steiner and Scott Strain who showed up to several games and have supported us all year!!! It means a lot!!
