Our first club meeting will be October 13, 2026

Board will meet at 5:30 pm and the Club meeting will start at 7 pm. We will once again be at the George Amos Building (GAMB) in the Cottonwood room. Parents are more than welcome to attend with their child. In fact we encourage it! Memberships will be due at the 1st meeting. $50. The 1st meeting is on a Tuesday and the rest will be Monday’s.

📣 Gillette High School Rodeo Association – Membership Information
Here’s a quick summary of our membership requirements:
🐴 Who can join?
Membership is open to eligible Jr. High and High School students interested in participating in approved high school rodeo events. Members must also have current membership with the Wyoming High School Rodeo Association and pay the required club dues.
📅 Meetings & Participation
Members are expected to attend at least 3 club meetings and participate in club activities. If you join later in the season or have conflicts with other activities, the Board may make exceptions and set alternate requirements.
📋 Good Standing
All members are expected to follow the Association’s bylaws, rules, and decisions.
🚫 Conduct
Disciplinary action may be taken for conduct that negatively affects the Association, including alcohol or drug use or falsifying records. Possible consequences include probation, suspension, loss of points, or expulsion.
💰 Annual Dues
Annual dues are set by the Adult Board of Directors and must be paid by November 15 each year. Dues are non-transferable.

What Shelly needs for the new membership paperwork.

Page one that has their name and what option they want to has to be turned in with their membership paperwork. The second page that the secretary signs off on is not due until after that rodeo or until right before state finals. I do need page one with the membership.

Membership paperwork is now available on the Wyoming High School Rodeo website, and entries for the fall rodeos are officially open.

New this year: There is a Club Form that does not need to be turned in until after our local rodeo.

Please remember that all membership paperwork must be completed by the Friday before the rodeo you wish to enter. Don’t wait until the last minute to get everything submitted so you’re eligible to compete.
