I will teach specialized techniques and exercises relevant to the sport(s) that members play. I will not just be their personal trainer. I will also instill positive fitness and wellness habits when chasing their individual goals in athletics. Together, the athlete and I will work to make significant improvements in athletic ability whether it is through speed and agility training, strength and co

nditioning, or through other sport specific drills. It is my goal to create great athletes and even better people, from the mindset of a young former athlete, teaching lessons of mental strength, competitiveness, respect, and confidence. At the end, at whatever age in their athletic career, they will have a great, helpful experience through football training that changes their athletic outlook and raises their ceiling in their sport.

If you know us, WE TRACK EVERYTHING! And this is why…

I don’t take the investment our families make into our program lightly. Speed Summer is only a 1/3 of the way through and already most who signed up have already gotten their money’s worth.

We don’t just make your athlete do drills. We’re not here to just give your kid a good workout. Our job is to provide results like these!
