To get that ball to peak on your side and plunge into the opponent's 7-foot kitchen zone, your grip architecture must be flawless. Elite players use a continental or relaxed eastern grip with a grip pressure of precisely 3 or 4 out of 10. Anything tighter transfers too much kinetic energy and ruins the trajectory.
