🥎 Pittsburgh Power 11U is looking for 1-2 players for the 2026-2027 season! 🥎

We are building a team that values hard work, loyalty, attitude, and team culture just as much as talent. We are looking for players and families who want a long-term softball home, not just a stop along the way.

⭐ Ideal Player:
• Good person first with a team-first mentality
• Supportive parents who cheer for ALL the girls, not just their own kid
• Strong bat with aggressive base running/speed
• Utility player mentality
• Someone looking for their “forever home” on a softball team

What we are NOT looking for:
❌ “Me first” attitudes
❌ Drama
❌ Uncoachable players
❌ Families chasing all-star labels

We believe culture matters. Talent is important, but being a great teammate matters more.

For transparency:we did not lose players. We have intentionally rostered only 9 players for the past 2 years and are now looking to strategically expand our roster heading into the 2026-2027 season.

Another chapter in the book of our Pittsburgh Power 2033 girls has come to a close. ❤️

We wrapped up our 10U season with one final tournament in Ohio, where these girls went 5-1. Between games, they made memories that will last forever ✨swimming, shopping, making what felt like 500 trips to 7 Brew, hotel room parties, and even a trip to the beach.

🏆This season, these girls stepped onto the field 57 times together. They walked away with 44 wins or ties and brought home 5 championship titles.

That kind of success isn’t just about talent.

It’s about trusting each other. Loving each other. Being selfless teammates. It’s about doing whatever the team needs, whenever the team needs it. It’s about celebrating each other’s successes, picking each other up after mistakes, and never giving up on one another.

And none of it happens without their parents.

To our incredible parents thank you. You’ve raised some truly awesome young ladies. You cheer for every single player, not just your own. You always ask how you can help. You invest countless hours and resources into your daughters’ growth, both on and off the field, and it shows.

I’m so proud of this team and everything we’ve accomplished together, but I’m even more proud of the people these girls are becoming.

Enjoy your break, my girls. ❤️ You’ve earned it.

The 11U chapter starts next… and I can’t wait to see what story we write together.
