We get this a lot. “What are some things my child can be doing in the off season to get better at lacrosse?”

This is one of those things! Sixes is not only exciting to watch, but it’s actually going to be what version of lacrosse will be represented in the Olympics for the 2028 games in Los Angeles. If you have any questions about the league feel free to reach out to the team messenger.

Our team will be on site again at the Great Oaks Community Bash in Germantown Hills. Come try out the game or throw the ball around with your teammates. There will be a TON to do other than lacrosse so bring the whole family. Extra points if you rep your lacrosse gear at the event!

✨Introducing our Summer Clinic Series✨

If you’re looking to get into lacrosse for the first time, brush up on some fundamentals, or simply stay active before summer ends, this clinic series is for you!

Clinics will focus on footwork and agility, stickwork, and positional skill work. Players of all grades and all experience levels are encouraged to attend! Equipment is available to borrow if needed.

For a one time $20 registration fee, players will recieve an IWU Lacrosse pinnie to keep and ability to attend any number of sessions.

Lacrosse Training Opportunity:

“Hello my name is Nick Anagnostis, Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. We'd love to invite the athletes in your program to attend our 2026 UWL Girls Lacrosse Camp on Saturday, August 8, from 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. on the UWL campus.

The camp is open to rising 9th–12th grade girls and will feature position-specific instruction for attack, midfield, draw/circle specialists, defense, and goalies. Alongside members of our coaching staff and team, I will lead training focused on skill development, small-sided play, and full-field concepts. Whether players are new to the game or experienced, they will leave with tools to elevate their performance.

Each camper will receive:
• UWL camp t-shirt
• Lunch
• Campus tour
• Recruiting information session
• Full day of on-field instruction and competition”
