The fitness industry is rapidly changing, and more PEDs and peptides are becoming readily available, changing the landscape of fitness as a whole.
It’s too early for me to say whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing, but peptides do seem to be paving the way for the future.
Curious where everyone stands on this.
Does faster progress make discipline easier, or does it simply create a different set of challenges?
I’d love to hear from both enhanced and natural lifters.
I’ve heard Dorian Yates talk about how the people who achieve exceptional results tend to have an exceptional mindset regardless. PEDs may change the ceiling, but mindset, discipline, and consistency are usually what separate the top performers from everyone else.
