The fitness industry is rapidly changing, and more PEDs and peptides are becoming readily available, changing the landscape of fitness as a whole.

It’s too early for me to say whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing, but peptides do seem to be paving the way for the future.

Curious where everyone stands on this.

Does faster progress make discipline easier, or does it simply create a different set of challenges?

I’d love to hear from both enhanced and natural lifters.

I’ve heard Dorian Yates talk about how the people who achieve exceptional results tend to have an exceptional mindset regardless. PEDs may change the ceiling, but mindset, discipline, and consistency are usually what separate the top performers from everyone else.

Legend Mike Mentzer was right.

Dips are still one of the most complete upper body movements you can do, and honestly still underrated in my opinion.

For me, they’ve been incredible for developing:
• pecs
• delts
• triceps
• core
• stability

And rings make the movement even more demanding.

Because the rings move freely, every rep forces control, coordination, and tension through the entire body instead of locking you into a fixed path.

You’re not just pressing weight.
You’re stabilizing and producing force at the same time.

And like any great movement, dips can be progressively overloaded with added weight as you get stronger.

That’s why gymnasts develop such insane upper bodies with relatively minimal equipment.

Strength and control together.

Save this one and add dips back into your training.
