🌹 Tend to your heart. Make space to grieve. Allow yourself 10-30 min/day to feel your uncomfortable feelings then create a transition ritual so that you can be present for your everyday life without being either paralyzed or overwhelmed by your emotions.
🌹 Tend to your soul. Be selective about how you nourish yourself. Limit your news consumption. Cultivate pleasure and beauty. Track glimmers in your everyday life.
