Gotta brag about this group after this week. Had some extremely hot days so the gym was a sauna for camp, zero complaints. Almost perfect attendance across the board for BFS. Just a TEAM willing to struggle TOGETHER! And we capped off the week with a couple W’s last night in summer league. Not ready for summer to end, but I can’t wait for winter!

Our first Summer Camp of the season concluded today with our Girls Jr. Cogs Basketball Camp! Great job by all the campers and a big "Shout Out" to the High School players who helped run camp. Keep working on those drills Ladies! We saw big steps taken this week!

Camp is finally here! One of my favorite days of the year. The next 10 years of Cogs all in the gym on the same day! All with the same goals: feed the passion, get a little better and HAVE SOME FUN!

No experience? No problem! Our lower level camps are a blast! Low stress. We compete, but we pair up based on age and ability and make it fun!
