Our district has been working toward earning the designation of a Purple Star School District. This recognition highlights a strong commitment to supporting military-connected students and their families, and the unique challenges they may face.

April is designated as the Month of the Military Child, and we look forward to celebrating and recognizing these students and families.

One event to mark your calendars for is the statewide “Purple Up” Day on April 22.

Lyndsey Borjas has designed a special shirt for the occasion and has invited us to share the order link. If you would like to purchase a shirt, you can do so here: https://purpleup26.itemorder.com/shop/home/

The order deadline is April 5, and shirts will be delivered to the school and sent home with students and staff. An image of the shirt is attached. Two dollars from each shirt sold will be donated to Ohio Military Kids, a nonprofit organization that provides programs and support for military-connected youth across the state.

Evan Millner and Logan Routson
Eddie George was the special guest speaker. A wonderful tribute to hard work and success on and off the field. Special congratulations to these two young men!
