Posting with no stirrups is really tough. You don’t get as much height out of the saddle. It almost feels like you’re not doing anything. However☝️, learning to post with no stirrups helps riders learn how to use the proper muscles while keeping correct leg position so that when they DO have stirrups, their post is much more stable and accurate ✨🐎

That’s how WildHeart does it ❤️ Riders don’t just get on and off their horse - they learn the effort and care horses deserve. It doesn’t matter if they know how to do it, or if they’ve done it before - horse care happens every ride. It is an essential part of horseback riding.

When we notice that riders tend to fall forward, lose their rhythm, not use their core, and find it hard to do multiple things at once - we play Monster Mash 🤭 It helps resolve those issues, take overthinking out of riding, and most importantly - allows riders to have some extra fun 🐎🥳

Not every technique needs to be introduced with meticulous fundamentals - some can start out as a fun game (And corrections can be built later) - at WildHeart🩵🐎, we like to connect techniques to something exciting because it not only makes the experience more enjoyable, but it also makes it much easier to remember movement and function
