Their sacrifice is the reason we get to live, train, and build community in freedom.

ALSO we have a HUGE surprise! We worked hand in hand with ironmile.combat to create Sabai Sabai shirts for the gym! We are soooo very excited for these! We will be taking Pre-word on those shirts as well!

LaGrange Muay Thai Family quick schedule update!

With Jena stepping into a new promotion and taking on a big, exciting challenge, we’ve had to make a small adjustment to the class lineup. 😭

The women’s class has been removed from the schedule for now, but don’t worry, Jena is still teaching the Beginners Class!

Ladies, if you’ve been wanting to train, this is your sign. Come jump into a Beginners Class for FREE and see what you think. No pressure, no experience needed, just show up and try it out.

And for anyone wanting more focused training, Jack and Jena both offer one‑on‑one sessions as well.

We appreciate everyone’s support as we grow, shift, and keep building this community together. 🥊❤️
