Last day of deer season—bittersweet for sure. For those with access to Urban Archery, we’ll still be out there recovering deer. 🦌

Thank you to everyone who trusted us with your harvest this season. We truly appreciate the support. We’re gearing up to handle any herd analysis needed before the season, and we’ll be ready for recoveries again starting September 2026.

Hope everyone had an amazing deer season! On a personal note, my wife and I are expecting our first baby boy any day now. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers for a smooth and healthy delivery. We’re beyond excited! 🙏💙

UPDATE- Tracked this nice buck the other day that was shot with a crossbow .. after our search analysis we came to the conclusion it was a non lethal shot.

Yesterday he shows back up on camera with his wound healing just fine. These deer are one tough species !

I have really started to notice how many people are using drones illegally for many things right here in NC. Yes .. you have to be licensed to fly a drone for anything more than “recreation”. For instance - taking pictures of your work and posting on social media. That would fall under “part 107”. Something as simple as taking your own real-estate photography for your listings is illegal without being a part 107 licensed pilot AND comes with some hefty fines.
