As LakeFit begins a new chapter, we’d love for you to follow our new page, Iron Plains Fitness..

Before we look ahead, I want to take a moment to thank Charlene and Pieter. They have built more than just a gym—they’ve created a welcoming place where people have come to improve their health, build friendships, and support one another. Their dedication to this community has made LakeFit a special place for so many.

I’m incredibly grateful that they’ve trusted me to carry that legacy forward. My goal is to honor what they’ve built while continuing to provide a positive, welcoming place for our members and community.

Going forward, all updates, announcements, and information will be shared on the Iron Plains Fitness page.

It’s official! Today we say GoodBye to an enduring chapter in our life! LakeFitllc was our first business in the US. It got us through immigration, through buying our first home, and even more precious, it helped us stay sane while building lasting friendships.

Without the gym and its members, we would be nowhere! We are honored that we were able to bring our passion for health and fitness to Garrison and to be able to upgrade not only the space but the equipment while we were there!

Teary eyed and thankful we hand over the keys to Carissa Rae Schumaier who we know will do much more for Garrison Community! Congratulations to being the new owner of LakeFit. We will let her take the page from today, I’m sure she’s got awesome things coming!!

Thank you LakeFit Family!! We have and will be missing you forever!

Here I post in the moment! I have a full time job and a business! I’m a mom of two busy girls and a wife to busy hubby!

I don’t have time to filter and edit and check all that! At LakeFit we post about real people and real progress!
