**Practice this Sunday at 1pm at GEHS. If you are concerned you may not have a partner your size (either large/HS or small/young, please bring someone to rumble with).

**There will be no practice Sunday July 7; enjoy your Holiday Weekend! We will be back in action Sunday July 14!

Today was 🔥🔥 with Jared Simma. Very affirming for me to see who wanted to lace up and get better today, no excuses in this group!!. Was hot outside and inside but the technique was 👌 and there was plenty of my favorite: one on one with the technician. Was glad to see our regular workers show up, yet again!!

Plans include an intensive camp and Q&A session at the end for the purpose of providing insight on navigating the juggernaut of how to enter the next level, recruitment, responsibilities and pressures of D1 student-athletes, etc. I know that I would not want to miss this opportunity to meet, learn from and quiz this young man. Shout out to those that wrestled the Scuffle this weekend. Watched lots of great wrestling and great wrestling families! Sweet event (could even say 'sweaty' event 😬😁), glad to have attended.

TWO WEEKS! Plenty of time to clear your calendar for JUNE 23rd, 1-4 p.m. Will be moving out of the wrestling room and into the aux gym at the high school for this one and stretching out practice into two 1.5(ish) hour sessions with meet & greet and Q&A at the end.
