The Boulder® in action 🙌🏼

There’s a big difference between seeing a piece of equipment and seeing how a coach actually puts it to work.

Huge shoutout to Marissa Memmott Ritchie for showing exactly how the Norbert’s 35” Boulder® Handspring Trainer can be incorporated into a whip drill progression. 👏🏼

Norbert’s Domino & Mini Domino Cartwheel Blocks give beginners a clear visual guide for hand placement while they work on cartwheel technique, coordination, body positioning, and repetition.

And they don’t have to be limited to just cartwheels. Coaches can work them into skill stations, movement drills, conditioning circuits, warm-ups, progressions, and creative training setups throughout the gym.
