🎉💦 SplashAbilities TN is ONE! 💦🎉

What an incredible first year it’s been! 💙

A year ago, SplashAbilities was a dream that had been on my heart for so long. It was something I hoped would become a reality one day, and honestly, it still doesn’t seem real that we’re celebrating our first birthday. Seeing this vision come to life has been one of the greatest blessings. ✨

In just 12 months, we’ve served 50+ amazing families, provided nearly 500 swim lessons, and grown our team to 3 incredible instructors, with a 4th joining soon! 🏊‍♀️🌊

More than anything, I’m grateful for the families who have trusted us, supported us, and believed in this dream from the very beginning. Watching our swimmers grow in confidence and celebrating their successes has made every moment worthwhile. 💙

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged us along the way. Your support means the world, and I can’t wait to see what year two brings. Here’s to another year of growth, inclusion, and making a splash together! 🌊✨

Saturdays have been in high demand, and thanks to our new instructor Ms. Matti, they’re now available for summer! She’s also opened up a few evening spots.

As a pediatric speech therapist and the founder of SplashAbilities, I’m often asked how I define progress.

The truth? It’s not one-size-fits-all. I don’t promise specific skills, but I do promise growth.

Sometimes progress is a big milestone. Sometimes it’s a small, brave step. Both matter. Both count. Every win deserves to be celebrated 🌊

Our first hired proficient instructor in action!

Miss Morgan brings a calm, patient and carrying demeanor to the water. She’s currently a speech therapy grad student at Vanderbilt University on the Autism Studies tract. Last semester she provided services to the Preschool for Children with Autism. We are so lucky to have her!

She’s full on Saturdays now, but has a few openings for summer. ☀️
